Leonard A. Brody , M.D.

Leonard A. Brody, M.D. graduated from Temple University with a B.A. in 1975. He attended Temple University School of Medicine, graduating in 1979. He completed an Internship at Temple University Hospital in 1980 and his Residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at Albert Einstein Medical Center in 1984. Dr. Brody completed Fellowships in Hand Surgery and Microsurgery at the Hand Rehabilitation Center at Thomas Jefferson University and Arthroscopic Surgery and Sports Medicine at Orthopaedic Research of Virginia in Richmond, VA. He is licensed to practice Medicine in Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey and Florida. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Brody's hospital appointments presently include Attending Orthopaedic Surgeon at Holy Redeemer Hospital and at the Huntingdon Valley Surgery Center. Dr. Brody is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American College of Surgeons. His professional memberships include the Philadelphia Orthopaedic Society, the Philadelphia Hand Society, the Pennsylvania Orthopaedic Society, and the Arthroscopy Association of North America.

Robert E. Mannherz , M.D.

Dr. Mannherz graduated from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA. with a B.S. before attending Temple University School of Medicine. He completed his Internship at Framingham Union Hospital in Massachusetts and Residencies in Orthopaedic Surgery at Albert Einstein Medical Center, Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children and Jefferson Hand Rehabilitation Center, all in Philadelphia. He also completed a Sports Medicine Fellowship at the Alabama Sports Medicine Center in Birmingham, Alabama. He is licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Medicine. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. His appointments include Medical Director of The Holy Redeemer Sports Medicine Center.  He is the former Chairman of Orthopaedic Surgery at Holy Redeemer Hospital. He is on staff at Holy Redeemer Hospital and Surgery Center, the Huntingdon Valley Surgery Center, and The Muve Surgery Center in Warminster, PA. Dr. Mannherz has professional memberships that include The Pennsylvania Orthopaedic Society, Philadelphia Orthopaedic Society, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Orthopaedic Alumni Association of Albert Einstein Medical Center, and American Sports Medicine Fellowship Society.

Sharon Homan , PA-C

Sharon Homan, PA-C graduated Summa Cum Laude from Temple University with her Bachelors in Biology in 2005. In 2007, Sharon graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine with her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. Since becoming a State Board of Medicine Certified and Licensed Physician Assistant in 2007, Sharon has worked in the field of Orthopaedic Surgery.  Sharon joined Suburban Orthopaedic Specialists in October of 2014 and has been assisting Dr. Mannherz and Dr. Brody with their surgical cases. Sharon also sees patients in the office for Orthopaedic consultations and treatments.
